...another project by Garis Architect for IOI Properties @ Bandar Bukit Mahkota, Bangi.
I booked one unit at Savanna but this design is by Garis, should be different. Any advice should I proceed with Mah Sing Savanna or wait for this project by IOI Properties. In term of location, Southville more near compare to Bandar Bukit Mahkota.

The main issue here...selling without any building plan approval from Majlis Perbandaran Sepang, NO developer license and NO permit. How can they bluff us on first place by mention KPKT approved from 36 months to 48 months when we ask BUT in first place when we check with KPKT NO DL/AP issued to Tristar Acres Sdn Bhd.
