900k nowaday ok la. this area got future potential . still got plenty land to be dev. location also nice in the middle of kl-seremban. mah sing design also nice. not worth meh?

anyone got a call from law firm regarding the signing of bank loan agreement? I was called and asked to sign and pay RM2655 for the loan agreement.

I think 892k for 2.5 storey is overpriced...i mean at that location and surrounding for now rclxub.gif

New Property from Developer are priced for the future nowadays.

so hopefully, in 2-years time, it will be worth RM892K, given completion of amenities, etc

That's pretty much the standard response for properties that are launched nowadays. But I think it can't be denied that the property will appreciate, not just long term, but even within short term (at point of completion). My take is it will easily be RM1.1mil at point of CF.

It first indicated for 550k+, any strong point tht support it become 890k during launching?
