The price was meant for 2 storey. But they changed plan and more greedy to make 3 storey with 8xxk.

15 odd km's, that's around 20mins drive.

I'm targeting UKM student's as my target market upon completion of the condo as it is nearer, 5km, 10mins<.

True but some just prefer new.

Plus house in taman desa pretty old need easily 200k on repairs etc

For own stay n for long run, guess it's worth to spend some money for renovation. As for the cost for Reno it all depends on individual. Some owners have renovated their houses before, u may just spend a small amount to just upgrade some areas such as toilet, lighting, piping, etc. smile.gif

Those at Taman Desa are close to RM1mil for a double storey house that is 1,600-1,800 sqft. Anything more than 2,000 sqft is certain more than RM1.1mil already. And that's a beat up house that we are talking about, renovation certainly needed.

Property nearby southville city all is too cheap comparing to southville city

eg. 960sqf condo near UKM only selling at RM300k but Savanna is selling at RM400k onwards d

is this project in out also need pay toll as it connect to PLUS?

I saw the plan like after paying toll to go to the housing aread need make a big turning before reaching the residential area.?

I saw in the mines.

first from PLUS reach to the toll with a turning.
The after the toll, make a big turning to reach those land house.
In between got some mix commercial development.

but actually if you see from the model, those land house is just beside PLUS.
Making such a big turning is like..... some more in out also toll.... no other connection to old road?

Problem is Mahsing seems like does not have a very suscessful township before , unlike Sime Darby is having the superb suacessfull township like Subang Jaya or SP Setia got a Setia Alam

the land area is too small for a high appreciation township, education and medical is an big issue
