Or you played with a different IP.

It should prompt you to input a security answer. That should do the trick.

Damm, what should I do if I dont have an Iphone, a blackberry, a windows phone 7 nor an android ?? I only have Nokia N8 =.= how can I use the authenticator ??

anyone here can help out?
i received an email from blizzard yesterday that says my email has change to other email.. now i cant fxxking log in to my account... im being hacked?! i called the customer service and no one was answering....damm... what can i do now??

Did you leak out your "secret answer" to anyone? Because without it, impossibru anyone can simply change email.

Did you reply any of this kind of mail : scam email ?

We also know that cryptographically scrambled versions of Battle.net passwords (not actual passwords) for players on North American servers were taken. We use Secure Remote Password protocol (SRP) to protect these passwords, which is designed to make it extremely difficult to extract the actual password, and also means that each password would have to be deciphered individually. As a precaution, however, we recommend that players on North American servers change their password. Please click this link to change your password. Moreover, if you have used the same or similar passwords for other purposes, you may want to consider changing those passwords as well.

In the coming days, we'll be prompting players on North American servers to change their secret questions and answers through an automated process. Additionally, we'll prompt mobile authenticator users to update their authenticator software. As a reminder, phishing emails will ask you for password or login information. Blizzard Entertainment emails will never ask for your password. We deeply regret the inconvenience to all of you and understand you may have questions. Please find additional information here.

Hi Mikonito, I just got hacked too through some phishing email. Currently they have changed my email and I can't log back in. How do you regain your account back? Thanks in advance for ur info.

i have the mobile authenticator, but i lost my phone, now cant log in to my account to modify the info as it asking for authenticator number. anyone can help me on this ?

You got the same problem as I do. I tried opening a support ticket and they replied account & billing services cannot discuss over email, must call Blizzard Customer support. And I've been trying to call them the last few days, but the call queue is always full. doh.gif
