what if i forgotten my first name and last name i use to register ? everytime i want to reset, the email sent has a link, when i click the link, the link say an error has occured.. ZzZzZzZz...

eh when used acc recovery. it is possible that you will loose some of your items? or it remain the same as your last log in?

Actually guys.. to clear all confusion. Loss authenticator can send support mail to blizzard. when requested for authenticator click remove. then send in a photo of your IC to prove your identity. They will remove it in 24 hrs.

i use account recovery, they send an email to me, i click the link inside the mail, as usual..an error has occured. anyone got idea what is happening ?

Error? can you give as screenshot?

My case is like this. My account was locked due to suspicious log in.


I tried to reset password(using CD key) which they emailed me. can't work.....so I tried Account Recovery...and..it works lol

Aiks, did they say how many days? Anyway, you can post on their FB customer service page. Search for Blizzard CS on FB.

Valid ID? not sure. email them what Valid ID that they want.

IC( Identity Card), Diablo 3 CD key?

If its IC, scan your IC and use photoshop or Paint to strike it out with words like "For Blizzard Diablo 3 checking only" or something like that.

If you follow the instructions to install Mobile Authenticator, you should have save your "Restore code".

If you have a new phone, just reinstall the authenticator and use the Restore code.

Guys, need your help.... my account got suspend after i bought item from RMAH. At first i received an email saying that i won the item, after that i recieved another email saying its been cancel. Further then that i can't log in D3 due to error 53. i submitted the tickets twice, both replied saying i violated the rules....
