It is true that 1.3m can get 2 storey semi-d there, I have joint my friend and visited a few units few months ago with property agent, 3 storey is 1.5m+.

Mah Sing 2SSD in Rawang now is already RM1.1mil.
So Mah Sing 2SSD in Cyberjaya at RM1.3mil I think is a value buy! |

GR price will boom more when CCC and MRT2 completed in the future. Buy now if it's not too late. BTW, Cassia/Evergreen is cheaper and closer to Clubhouse and Promenade, so maybe is more value buy compared to Clover? And there will be surau in Clover. |

Definitely a big boost for GR to get 2 MRT stations just nearby, 1 station called "Cyberjaya North" next to MCT SkyPark and 1 station called "Cyberjaya City Centre" next to LKW. In terms of accessibility, GR is one of the best among all properties in Cyberjaya. But, have to wait till 2022 for the completion, still have 7 years to go. By that time, CCC should be ready.

It's a huge project which gonna take time and built by SP Setia i guess. I know GR is not right in front but still very close to both stations. It's a good distance i presume otherwise if stay too close might be disturbed by the noise. 1mil++ landed property there can sell easily at 2mil++ when MRT2 and CCC are ready |

Anyone know what's the current maintenance fees for Evergreen and Jacaranda? I'm getting conflicting info from agent. Some told me it's RM250/mth. Others told me it's RM350/mth. TIA.
