The launching price of these 2 phases I think about 900k and 1.1mil respectively.But for Clover, I think the price will be higher because in 2014, the discounted developer price was already 1.5mil. I had thought for a moment that the Garden Residence price is going downwards! |

Mah Sing 2SSD in Rawang now is already RM1.1mil.
So Mah Sing 2SSD in Cyberjaya at RM1.3mil I think is a value buy! |
