I don't think so, maybe for Persiaran APEC yes, but for GR can have alternative road using LDP which is parallel and just beside only. LDP has 3 or 4 lanes, don't think will get jam. So, if you are staying near MMU area and if you are coming from Puchong or Dengkil direction, then you might get caught with the traffic or at least have to pass through a few traffic lights. But if you are staying in GR, directly can reach home without any traffic light via LDP. MEX2 extension coming soon too. What do you think?

Where is that MEX2 extension?

According to the proposed MEX extension, this should cut down the big U-Turn by GR to enter MEX.

Check this out.

If this is true would be really good. Hope there are some nice bistro or cafe so that i can enjoy brunch or high tea!
Hope to hear more anchor tenants because it's a bit too competitive with so many commercial lots coming up.
Anyway, GR residents and surrounding Putrajaya residents are enough to support the headcounts for Promenade i guess.

Good info. I heard that there will be additional connection thru MEX to Serdang/Seri Kembangan. Which would means the now relatively traffic-free MEX will have added traffic. I think more population/traffic is good for growth. But too much is bad for residential area.

More connectivity always good for the place. Yes jam. But jam is unavoidable..at least u may attract sri kembangan ppls to ciber which still near to their relatives n familieis

i highly doubt cold storage will come, base on mah sing retail shop or even shopping mall track record. They have never able to get any good tenant. Let alone a small retail lot like Garden boulevard.

Let's see. I still hope that the news is true. Location is strategic, can serve both Cyberjaya and Putrajaya folks.
