Facilities are complete but not too premium. Badminton courts look dark and narrow...putting them side by side would make it more airy and brighter. Maybe it's the camera

1. KAJANG/SEMENYIH The southern Klang Valley is getting quite popular nowadays, especially the Kajang/Semenyih area due to the MRT Line currently in construction, which helps in terms accessibility towards Kajang, according to Herbert Leong. To date, media reports indicate that more than 40% of the MRT construction has been completed. Kajang/Semenyih connectivity is also enhanced by highways such as Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS) and Sungai Besi Expressway (SBE). Another reason behind Kajang being popular is its availability of landed houses, the most sought after type of residential properties. Kajang is also boosted by its short distance to Cyberjaya. “Because of the close proximity, people are going into the south since the house price is still lower. It goes without saying that when the price around Cyberjaya increases, people choose to live nearby, if not inside,” Stanley Toh adds. 2. CYBERJAYA “Cyberjaya basically have the infrastructure ready. It has good connectivity and is nearby a major town,” Toh explains. It is connected to Putrajaya and Shah Alam by major highways such as Damansara- Puchong Expressway (DPE) and South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE). “Also, MRT 2 Line will have its station in Cyberjaya,” he adds. As for completed station, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya shares an Express Rail Link (ERL) provided by KLIA Express. Another factor that attracts investors is the completion of retail outlets in Cyberjaya such as Shaftbury Square. Currently also under construction is the 101 City Mall. Toh believes that with the completion of 101 City Mall and its opening in 2015, although not directly located in Cyberjaya, will help attract even more population into the area. Cyberjaya is also nearby Puchong, so whoever is late to enter the market in Puchong will eventually venture to Cyberjaya as a place to live. |

The Clubhouse looks good! But what about the 50 acre forest reserve community park? When will they start structuring the park?

MRT line 2 will be continued from the budget revision from Najib, which is good for GR residents, since MRT 2 and high speed train will be connected to Putrajaya Sentral.
Fifth, Development Expenditure of RM48.5 billion for 2015 will be maintained and spent. This includes projects for the people economy such as public housing, flood mitigation, water supply, electricity and public transport infrastructure such as Pan-Borneo Highway. In addition, projects such as the MRT Line 2, LRT 3, High-Speed Rail Kuala Lumpur-Singapore will be continued. http://www.starproperty.my/index.php/artic...and-lights-off/ regarding - expat coming to cyberjaya These are two extremely good drivers and indicators that can be used to foresee an increase in the incoming flow of expatriates who will be directly or indirectly connected with these two industries. We should not forget the rising fame of Cyberjaya as a regional cyber centre with very competitive offerings for call centres and administrative and/or back office services. As of today, more than 500 MNCs (multinational corporations) and foreigner groups have transferred their technical services to the regional headquarters in Cyberjaya to attract a huge number of expatriates to move there. New expatriates will be finding a place to stay with due diligence. In all likelihood, their preference would go more towards homes located adjacent to various facilities and amenities, both iconic and branded. All these factors comprise good news for those developers who have been smart in designing their products according to international standards and in areas conducive to facilitating a proper lifestyle environment. Refer to Table 3. This post has been edited by propertyMontKiara: Jan 20 2015, 06:06 PM |

SHAH ALAM, Jan 25 — Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) today signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Raudhah City Sdn Bhd to develop a township, with a gross development value of RM12.3 billion, in Taman Sains Selangor 2, Cyberjaya. PKNS general manager, Azlan Md Alifiah, said the 215.8-hectare mixed development project, would be based on ‘Islamic City’ concept. “The corporation is honoured to team up with developer, Raudhah City, to undertake the the urban ‘Islamic City’ development project, which is the first in the world,” Azlan said after the ceremony to sign the MOU here today. Azlan sign for MOU and Raudhah City was represented by its executive chairman, Datuk Sri Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Mohamed Tahir. Also present was Selangor Mentri Besar, Mohamed Azmin Ali. Azlan said the project was expected to start in the middle of the year. “It will be developed in stages and involves four clusters — early education based on Islamic Montessori method; tertiary education and medical tourism; halal contents and creative multimedia; and, financial and commercial,” he said. — Bernama This post has been edited by lee0125: Jan 26 2015, 06:15 PM |

I would like to ask around this thread and symphony hills owners whether it is reasonably easy to rent out their unit? My friend has a unit at SEG liuli who he is thinking whether to rent out or to sell come year-end.
