check with tai kor here..Is garden residence the best residential location in cyberjaya in the future as it's 5 minutes away from Putrajaya Sentral and government is planning to connect MRT 2 to Putrajaya Sentral? http://www.thestar.com.my/News/Community/2...-next-November/

When is Garden Plaza Vp? Also when will Premonade be ready?
I saw Premonade already have the skelly up... any list of potential tenant yet for both?

I think the buyer will drop their rental to 50% of their demand price... If their holding power strong, then maybe they will leave it vacant... But I think it's not wise to do so... Quite risky at GP, coz build for student... If Uni around cyberjaya intake about 30k-50k annually then will be fine
