check with tai kor here..Is garden residence the best residential location in cyberjaya in the future as it's 5 minutes away from Putrajaya Sentral and government is planning to connect MRT 2 to Putrajaya Sentral?

Went to see garden plaza & noticed most of the Clover unit is ready - how is the owner finding the surrounding?

It shall be better once the Premonade and Garden Plaza is completed.GR has the best advantage of its location in terms of accessibility to Puchong,Seri Kembangan etc. Only takes 5-10 mins drive to reach ioi city mall

When is Garden Plaza Vp? Also when will Premonade be ready?

I saw Premonade already have the skelly up... any list of potential tenant yet for both?

Garden Plaza fully sold, VP should be mid 2015.

So far no news about tenant yet unsure.gif

Won't lar... I think the buyer will drop their rental to 50% of their demand price... If their holding power strong, then maybe they will leave it vacant... But I think it's not wise to do so... Quite risky at GP, coz build for student... If Uni around cyberjaya intake about 30k-50k annually then will be fine
