It is good that you have confident. But If I owned a unit there, I am sure that my rental would not able to cover my instalment. |

Those few yrs vp will be suffer one. After 2020 will be more mature and stable.
CBJ still don't have 42k low cost and 120k mid cost. It is still pending gov to initiate as a township requirement. |
