If u think got potential then buy la. Of u think ghost town then stay away la. Real estate investment is a long term investment. Arguing in forum I doubt it can do anything to the market. For sincere buyers, Garden Residence one of the best buy for Own Stayers now, anyway believe minimum price is RM 850k+

I believe the 1st phase mah sing super early birdie price was under 700k..... Generally 700k ++
Smd thought was 850k.

A 40x80 SMD with Built Up of 3,000 sq ft is about 1.4 million. That works out to be about 467/sq foot. Not sure how well take up rate is like in GR. personally I prefer the CBD part if CBJ where you feel more connected.
