Anyone here looking to buy property in Cyberjaya ?

that 1.15 is owner's asking price.. i didn't mark up at all.. and what for do i have to mark up ?

i went there once only, last month, occupancy rate still low, less than 50%, well that's one month plus ago

yes quite slow actually..
1 mil is a lot for a 2sty superlink..

i'm not so sure about launch price, i wasn't into cyberjaya last time
propwall shows >850k..
starproperty shows>600k

idk which one to trust LOL

of course as owners they wanna sell as high as possible..
but still need to follow bank value.. which many of them don't
