Who is willing to let go Garden Residence 2 Storey Superlink within the range of RM700k+? If anyone manage to sell around this price, will pay in full amount $$$. If not, do PM me your best honest price, i might consider but does not guarantee full amount payment one shot lol.. *SERIOUSLY* |

Haha..i believe sure some got it cheaper than RM800k for the first phase..Probably those manage to secure some units by being Mah Sing employee or pre-launched or etc...Lol..
