Well, it was 2010, GR was just doing their groundworks but TP has ready house, club and facilities. We wanted to move asap. That was why or else I may have opt for GR.

Why are you comparing TP and GR? 2 diff places.

any transacted price for GR? VP already.

but they have vp already, right? when can you do renovations?

How many more phases launching? And how is the sale of Garden Plaza?

When is MS building the sports complex and the communal retail units? I pass by frequently and see nothing at all. Just all the men finishing the houses for vp.

Nothing to do there without the promised facilities and communal retail. Need to wait min another year for ppl to start moving in.

Passed by today....saw the business area boarded up but can't see what are they doing...maybe foundation?

I am not an investor, I wanted to buy GR for own stay but should have invested just for the gains....

As an investor, the capital gains look impressive, but if I am moving in for my own stay....I may not move in till CNY or till there is something to do there. Quite isolated at the moment though the guard house is up.

Is the wifi up and running? 2 years free from VP? Maint fees also 2 years free from vp?

The clubhouse project seems to be different from the residential project. There is nothing to ensure that the clubhouse is up when the houses are ready. MS may even differ the clubhouse till the final phase of houses, who knows.

For home stay, I would prefer to see the clubhouse in "person" before I buy.

Passed by yesterday...saw work in progress for the retail units.

But so far, the place is still empty. Only ppl there are workers.

Have you turned on the water pump? If add Rm400 to connect all outlets to water pump is worth it...not that expensive.

Just for comparison...our semid has water pump on all outlets except the kitchen direct taps from outside. We have very strong pressure at the kitchen so pump is not needed.

The whole house including the garden taps go through the water pump....even the toilets refill tanks....

Would cost you more on TNB bills monthly if you connect to all outlets. The garden hose is so powerful that our pressure washer is hardly used anymore.

I can see that life in GR is gonna be very BORING and quiet at night till the business retail/sports centre is up.

I have been to Putrajaya Lake..spent 6 hours sitting there....another day, 4 hours at Alamanda and I have had quite enough of the peaceful beauty there.....gets boring quickly.

MS is very good at big open spaces. Almost no walls downstairs which allows you to enjoy the maximum space.

Aspen show village open...anyone checked out the price and maint fee?

Someone who visited says there is a huge discount for Aspen, maint fee Rm500 a month and club fees about Rm450-500.....isnt that a bit expensive for clubfees? I tot they said Rm2k a year.

So many units for sale. Banners all over the place. True strata titled properties wont allow for such display of banners....Makes the place really messy looking from the highway.

Agent, any listing for Rm800k 2 storeys?

All want to sell double price of launch?
