I drove around for half an hour and the number of cars I bumped into, one hand fingers also can count

Actually how many % is the occupancy now?

The petroleum depot nearby is really no joke, the white drum for petrol storage look really gigantic

The 50 acres forest reserve seems like a strong selling point, can go in hiking...

Heard that some agencies which bought en bloc could not sell out and MS had to take back those units from the agency...not sure how true?

What I meant was when complete and open for owners to enjoy?

So many phases already vp but clubhouse still not complete..

Sejati Residence, Symphony Hill, Country Garden in Danga Bay all complete clubhouse first before vp...
