Other than big, nothing is great.
Both landscape and green are lousy.
Spend Rm2.0mil+ can't even offer some outdoor garden for kids playing around. The so called "privilege" road that lead to Aspen entrance is pitiful.

I guess u missed their own garden located at some other places. All other precints, do have their own garden.

Of course, Clover Garden Residence is already selling at 1.8 - 1.9M based on S&P. Therefore the Semi D in Cassia and EverGreen should fetch up to 1.7M - 1.8M at least since both share the same built area. In fact the location in Cassia and EverGreen are better situated, as it is nearer to the club house and it is shielded away from Depots through the hills. smile.gif

Should not even sell at 1.5M. You will make a lost if you let it go.

You got it wrong, through a property agent who is my friend told me in 2012 April last year, there is a 2 storey SEMI-D subsale already hit 1.30M.

Heard that some agencies which bought en bloc could not sell out and MS had to take back those units from the agency...not sure how true?
