Other than big, nothing is great.
Both landscape and green are lousy. Spend Rm2.0mil+ can't even offer some outdoor garden for kids playing around. The so called "privilege" road that lead to Aspen entrance is pitiful. Heard that some agencies which bought en bloc could not sell out and MS had to take back those units from the agency...not sure how true?
