Have u moved in? Any comments on this development? Quite value for money although small land for the semi-D n bungalow.

They price it to please the bosses and the previous buyers.

If they price it lower than subsale, then the previous buyers will curse !
Then all the more the subsale will price it even lower ! Then value will diminish faster.

MS is creating bubble. Look at how many (pending) big projects they are doing !

I love to see them getting into trouble.

Have they broke even from this project? Or they have already made tonnes?

Never think throughly. Very weak in pricing their product. Such a gap how to sell.

See icon residence? Lagi worse.

2.It came already furnished? what was the initial purchase price?
3.What's the average rent for the type of room there?
