From what i know, the oil pipe have been laid all the way from Port Dickson refinery to Cyberjaya. The white colour structure are not oil tank, that's the water tank to cool off the heat of underground pipes..

should anything happen, i don't think it is only affect Garden Residence. Even Najib in Putrajaya also cannot escape leh

i just bought a unit of Clover 2 Storey Semi-D at GR. only RM10k deposit. the developer pays everything. quite worth it.
the staff told me the unit will be completed on end of 2014, plenty of time for me to plan for moving house.
upgrading from my current condo. the staff is very helpful. his name is kevin at 017-2720500.

i manage to get 85% loan margin from Hong Leong Bank. So basically my capital is only at RM10k. on top of that the developer is helping me to pay for all legal fees for SPA & loan agreement as well as stamp duty for Loan Agreement. No harm for me to invest and wait for the house to be completed end of 2014.

i was invited to attend the preview of the Clubhouse at Garden Residence on last weekend. very nice resident clubhouse. Heard the developer said the residents can use the clubhouse in Mar 14.
