I think it is not easy to reduce so much as they have clusters of guardhouses, not one guardhouse for whole project.
Of course, my estimate as outsider, can't afford to stay there. If Mah Sing hands back the completed phase to the RA, then the RA has to look for owners to contribute. If majority are investors, not easy to find them...though honestly I dont know how strata title works. |

First round buyers really lucky, that time the price was below Rm1mil for semid.
Monthly payment, I think about RM4.5-5k? Now, subsale, cannot afford already. |
