Though the place is very nice. I still find RM300-400 a month maint fees harsh for gardens and guards.

This is the cheapest new landed in cbj. Not bad wat, of course its expensive but this is cbj lowest u can get

Free 2 years maybe.
Those who stay there must be family income of RM30k monthly to be comfortable.

I think it is not easy to reduce so much as they have clusters of guardhouses, not one guardhouse for whole project.

Of course, my estimate as outsider, can't afford to stay there.

If Mah Sing hands back the completed phase to the RA, then the RA has to look for owners to contribute. If majority are investors, not easy to find them...though honestly I dont know how strata title works.

First round buyers really lucky, that time the price was below Rm1mil for semid.

Monthly payment, I think about RM4.5-5k? Now, subsale, cannot afford already.

so far any transacted at 1.4-1.5?

my friend's friend got one unit... wanted to go for 1.1.. no taker for 2-3 months.. finally let go at 1.08.. that was in jul i think

Believe RM 1.2+ M shall be able to get good semi D unit.

If asking RM 1.5+ M, already fully valued.
