Currently GR provide the best value for 2 SMD. The house design is good, airy, lots of space and best of all, no dark corners also equiped with heater, filter and pump.

i manage to get 85% loan margin from Hong Leong Bank. So basically my capital is only at RM10k. on top of that the developer is helping me to pay for all legal fees for SPA & loan agreement as well as stamp duty for Loan Agreement. No harm for me to invest and wait for the house to be completed end of 2014.

The clubhouse building is up slowly. I think it will be end 2014 before completion. Meanwhile the area is still like Ladaland.
