The project is done and has many vps, but owners are still dragging their feet about moving in. My housing project, first vp in 2010, took 3 years to really fill up.

So, using my housing area as a yard stick, GR will fill up and be lively by mid 2014.

GR is already one year since VP. Heard that they're setting up the JMB next month onwards.
Anyone staying there? Howz the security and environment so far? Would like to hear from some owners. |
