Today at cyberview, not bad also

Confirmed sjkc at lakefront area as mct sponsored. Mct living up their talk.

By the way attached MEX routing to GR which direct n jam free. GR got the best connection with persiaran apec direct link, B15 highway and fronting persuaran utara.

Have the proposed linked been approved? If may take ages to get it up. And it is via slip road..phew. Lucky the proposal come or else gr residents need to go so damn far to reach mex b4 heading kl. So now is when to get approval n to complete.

Actually it doesn't matter whether the slip road approved or not, as GR got no problem connecting to mex. In fact, if u refer to the map above, there is two route which gr residence could use and all are main road, jam free. In fact, both way are smooth and direct. It is better than those located in SH, and others. If u have use mex before.

Gr got the best of both world

Actually, the proposed slip road into MEX highway will cut the travelling distance from GR to MEX by at least 3-4 Km, which is quite substantial.

For the current route to get into MEX highway, one has to exit GR, head towards Putrajaya (east) direction to get into Leboh Sentosa, and make a U turn, before finally turning into Persiaran Apec (south) direction to go into the diamond interchange that leads to MEX (north-west).

The last info I know is that the proposed slip road has been shelved indefinately by Setia Haruman, possibly due to budget contraint. If anyone has the latest news, please share.

This is only one of the way. The second way from gr to mex is via putrajaya internal n more easier as the road are main road, no jam.

Passed by yesterday, more Sale Banners than residents there. Must be lonely as the sports building still under construction.

IOi City seems to be on schedule and ready for launch next year!

Nope...clubhouse/retail not my priority. but discovered good food around Dengkil/EquinePark/Kajang area.
member of a golf club which we go every weekend so doesn't matter clubhouse ready or not.
Love the location and tranquility/fresh air. 20 mins to my office in Bkt Jalil and 35 mins to my son's school. My former place in Bandar Puteri took me 35 mins to BJ and 50 mins to my son's school albeit nearer.
The one thing I dislike about BandarPuteri is the terrible and haphazard traffic condition as soon as you leave the house.

Sorry for late response.  Busy with my renovations and shifting in today. Shifting  is the easiest part. ...just pay and the movers will do everything for you including packing my undies (lol).
I have spent about 70k and still counting. If you have time get all the contractors yourself. If you have budget get ID to do it. From experience & own stay  I prefer the former bcoz you can ensure things are correctly done. I saved about 15k this time. Will post photos and my cost later when I m all settled down.
