Mah Sing club house's membership is optional and nobody knows how much they charge yet. Never seen a well maintained clubhouse by MS yet.

I dont understand why they need so many guard houses. Cant they have a big one and save on the costs? If in 2 years, MS hand over the free guard back to RA and most of these are flippers? Who is going to look after the guards issues with so many guard houses and different set of guards? 5 guard houses, need 5 guardsat the gate at all times, 5-10 to do rounding etc. And that only gives you a guard or 2 to take care of your 100+houses at a time. Very inefficient.
