Have the proposed linked been approved? If may take ages to get it up. And it is via slip road..phew. Lucky the proposal come or else gr residents need to go so damn far to reach mex b4 heading kl. So now is when to get approval n to complete.

Problem on mah sing prop is the streetscape is still 2nd or 3rd grade.

GR offered cheapest landed rental in cyberjaya. All agents use this to push down the rental in other parcel. GR smd rental is like link rentql to SH and SEG.
