From what I know, cyber is commercial area. Not gazzetted as residential. Putrajaya in the other hand is administration area. These places people come during daytime n leave by night. I dont think opening a hypermarket will bring much customer. But we dont know in another 3-4 years more, since got so many high rise completed by then, maybe there will be 1. But right now, I dont see y they want to open there.

Good info. I heard that there will be additional connection thru MEX to Serdang/Seri Kembangan. Which would means the now relatively traffic-free MEX will have added traffic. I think more population/traffic is good for growth. But too much is bad for residential area.

Last time some1 mentioned in the old old world that GR is favored by Malaysia Airline pilots, to the extent that they willing to pay 200K premium more than the market price.

Now 200 pilots of Malaysia Airlines are asked to take 2 years unpaid leaves. I wonder the auction units are belonged to these pilots?
