Timing is not right, Cyberjaya still needs another few years at least. But for those wanna Pok can in fact go in now and use it for ownstay (but must stand the lacking of amenities at the moment). If 2s below 800k, i think sure have market wink.gif .

Waiting for more banners so that we can start bargain hunting.

When the maintenance fees set in, it is not that lucrative anymore.

See how many can hold when they have to pay RM350 for empty houses plus monthly instalments.

Security fees for this project is too high as it does not has any facilities at all. Just a few guards patrolling, gardeners and road sweepers?

Simple formula, 10% to 15% of house price.

If u are going for own stay, go for it because u will enjoy it, like why so many drive a luxury car.

Anyway, many people will do the minimal, because renovation does not add much value to selling price.

possible 3 ssd Jacaranda buyer here... as GR is still under strata title, what would be the the extend of renovation works allowed?

the kitchen is kinda small and we are planning to extend both kitchen and guest room. what agent told is we can try to apply from MS and MP Sepang but is there anyone who got their kitchen extension plan approved?

As I remember, they dont allow any exterior extension when I sign all the agreements. Probably you may check with the SA there.

It's an overall renovation i.e including electrical appliances, households, bed, curtains. sofa etc. You just walk in with your clothes.
