Sorry for late response. Busy with my renovations and shifting in today. Shifting is the easiest part. ...just pay and the movers will do everything for you including packing my undies (lol).
I have spent about 70k and still counting. If you have time get all the contractors yourself. If you have budget get ID to do it. From experience & own stay I prefer the former bcoz you can ensure things are correctly done. I saved about 15k this time. Will post photos and my cost later when I m all settled down.

just booked a 3 SSD unit in Jacaranda . waiting for loan approval now. looking for ID idea now but knowing that there are plenty of limitation.

can any share what is allowable e.g demolished the wall between bedroom and aidcond compressor / plantation area in first floor to extend the size of the room?

i found the space is a big wastage. my family is planing to "extend" the width of the stair to make it attach to the wall and place a bar for yum sheng under the stairs

when ppl heard about shifting to so called Si-Beh-Far jaya they think my family are crazy ..haha

however just love the peaceful environment in GR and too tired of the jam in Sunway, Subang and PJ area.

clover is over my budget..3 ssd selling at 2m now ..when we first view the show house 3 months ago, it was only 1.7m
