That part I agree. If you tour around GR you will find that more than 50% of houses are for sale. Good thing is the asking price is rather reasonable (as of today's market), so I don't doubt that this place will be a good place to stay, and it will appreciate in the future.

So far the owner of Semi-D earn 400k in 3+ years time, not a bad sum I would say

So in total = RM800/month to enjoy the clubhouse facilities...

yupe, that is why I am considering SEG although the terrace is almost the same price as the GR semi-d ! I guess GR is smaller neighbourhood that's why so expensive

The SA told me it could be RM400 depending on the volume of membership subscribed. Which make sense because the membership is not mandated, so if less ppl join, the fee is definitely higher.

Yeah, with price tag of 1.2 for Semi-D, it's either Kajang or Cyberjaya. With Semenyih and Bangi coming up, potential of growth is there...
