i always got problem with my swimming shorts.

within 3 months, it gets damaged. is this normal?

the fabric stretches out like in the backside area... and expands...... maybe due to the kick.....

get polyester or polyester + PBT mix for chlorinated water.

avoid lycra/spandex unless swimming in the sea.

what brand sell this material?

if you got money to burn, Speedo Endurance Plus, TYR Durafast or Arena poly swimwear, mostly 50/50 polyester/pbt,

if you're on budget, Marium swimming trunks on ebay 90/10 polyester/spandex

just go to sport direct to buy any goggles that fit you best

for me there is only few criteria
1) must fit well, no point getting something that doesn't suit your face shape
2) if indoor - get clear lens, don't get coloured lens
3) if outdoor - glare makes you tired, get something polarised (but too limited choice in malaysia) therefore I am getting a mirrored google.

So far so good.
Lower price is better cause you tend to misplace it

1st time try out 50m pool.
Finish 4lap only ( go n back) 400m in 40min swimming.
Drag to long becz every 50m I stop n rest

But quite happy becz able to finish my freestyle without stopping in the middle for 50m..

I tot I was doing great but I check online it seem I have done terrible. Lol

How much time does one ppl normally finish a 50m ?

I want to know too, I'm swimming in a condo pool, 21m only and it took me around 30-40mins to finish a 1km length, with freestyle and breastroke, with 2-3mins rest in betweem
