Hello, im looking for swimming lesson in setia alam canopy club (unfortunately DSA doesn't provide swimming lesson for adult here in setia alam canopy club).

Guys what rule you think all the public swimming pool will come out with once the MCO have ended? Will there be rule like max 10 people are allowed in or something like that??

As of now, which public swimming pool is open to public? PADE is only for athlete. KJ has maintenance with their pump. Others?

50M in 35sec with beautiful Front Crawl starting w 4- 8 dolphin kicks, then 32-35 arm strokes w 4 beat kick. |

Managed to swim once a few months ago, but then got rashes after that. Probably gonna avoid swimming pool till covid is really over.

aiyo. I really want to swim again.
It's the only exercise that makes me lose belly fat really fast. Now im doing consistent walking and some cardio mixed in also cannot lose belly fat that fast in a month!!! :< |
