Do you know how to swim in breastroke? Just "Vertical" it. With the hand in circle, push at the same time as the leg push downwards. Beginner used to circle fast, then slowing down after experience

Very crowded. Even on weekdays.
Should try Kelana Jaya. Better now after the renovation.

For breast stroke. Make sure ur eyes straight to the pool base .then it will make ur head abbs and leg in straight line. If u tilt up a bit then core lines will not straight. Will make ur leg fall and imbalance.

. And for freestyle.. Slight up ur head in water. And make sure ur eyes look at the sky when take a bereath.

Does anyone know if the MPSJ 3K pool makes you sick? I rarely got sick (at most once in a year) but ever since I started swimming weekly there 2 years ago I noticed that I get cold/flu + sore throat + cough at least once every 3-5 months.

Not sure if I should stop swimming confused.gif

Most of us just use cable tie, then cut off the excess. Works pretty much the same, just don't look pretty.
But inside pool, cannot see it anyway.

You don't need to be able to stay stationary at the deep end. Just swim normally lah....
The fear as you said is just psychological. I see some very good swimmers, but went come to deeper water they become scared.
