I currently stays in Taman Muda Terrace House, so prefer those can go to public pool? |

quick question:
i can swim normal pool ( not taller than my height) and i am trying to swim deep pool but there is a fear there and i dont know how to stand swim yet so does anyone take classes to learn stand swimming or you just learn yourself in deep pool |

Does anyone know if the MPSJ 3K pool makes you sick? I rarely got sick (at most once in a year) but ever since I started swimming weekly there 2 years ago I noticed that I get cold/flu + sore throat + cough at least once every 3-5 months.
Not sure if I should stop swimming  |

Works pretty much the same, just don't look pretty.But inside pool, cannot see it anyway.
