It's been 2 month now. My dell14r se does great performance on gaming now im playing Sleeping Dogs.. no lags or hangs but it seems to get heated on top of the keyboard near the fan outlet. Can someone help me how to cooldown the pc. i had also use coolermaster fan below. n

it takes a time to on it back. around 5-10 minutes.. much worse, last saturday it takes 20-25 minutes...

That sounds, weird.

Maybe your lappy was in sleeping/hibernation mode?

Try hard reboot your computer by pressing the power button for 5-10sec.

I'm using 15RSE. No power up issues.

mind i know how do u get all this coupon code? have to google all the time to find them?

same here. my 14r se has been great for everything playing guild wars 2 on max settings core temperature shot up to 96 degrees yea, its normally hot on the left side on the lappie, not using any coolers btw.

Anyone having issue of bluescreen when plugging in THumbdrive?

Wow it seems like this pc has quite a lot of problem, most of here is having BSOD problems, so does it mean is not advisable to buy the laptop?

Hi all,

Here I would like to do some sharing with you all about my experience with 15R inspiron SE. Here is the story of mine.

I bought this laptop 3 month ago. I like it very much about the performance. It really fast install will Msata 32gb. I am not gamer.

I purely use for graphic design and internet surfing.

At 1st week. Msata card inside my laptop spoil. I call dell and they come to change the Msata card for me. Is was fine.

At 4th week. I found the card reader not functioning. Then I call dell support to come and change hardware part. Thanks. It fixed.

At 6th week. It happened the laptop cannot be turn on. When I turn it on. The power light is on. But screen remain blackout. After few hours I tried again and it seems normal again. These issue happen on and off for few week. And I do the same report to dell. They come to change motherboard for me. and It fixed temporary.

Since after motherboard change. It happened BSOD which relate with graphic driver i believe. It happen on and off and auto restart.

Im really disappointed with this product. And end up I return this to them..

Maybe Im really bad luck to have a lemon copy.. lolz.. Just sharing.. For those who have good one.. enjoy it! I really like the anti glare screen. And

That could happen to any brand.

I'm actually impressed.. if that was on asus laptop, he probably get a refund in 2014 after countless of rage call to their SC.
