hey guys... is anyone know does the recent governments' rules will affect those who had signed their loan offer letter more than half year? I'm referring to the case where the offer letter had been expired. Just wonder whether the bank will extend the expiry date with the same package that we signed earlier.

You may want to clarify with your banker as well? btw, I signed the offer from Ambank; any update will publish here.

So the new government rule really a critical concern to all of us who sign the LO one year ago. The worst will be we have to pay for the 10% downpayment? OMG!

My friend just called the show room, and pretend a new customer that interested to buy a unit.
When he ask approximately when can sigh S&P if I buy? The sales rep told him around about 2-3 months if NOTHING HAPPEN

I wonder if no one have withdrawn since some its more than 1 years since the loan offer? Isit true 70% unit booked? What are the possibility of this delay? Is now they saying in December? Is everyone is informed about this?
