That was only a ceremony, should be meaningless. As I know, if developer start construct work without the AP approval, they will fine by the government. And I think developer wouldn't take that risk right? The penalty should be not a small amount.

I think we should gather together to their office or sales gallery, complaint or pressure them seriously! Any opinions?

hey guys... is anyone know does the recent governments' rules will affect those who had signed their loan offer letter more than half year? I'm referring to the case where the offer letter had been expired. Just wonder whether the bank will extend the expiry date with the same package that we signed earlier.

My offer letter is expiring soon.. Just sent out an e-mail to ask the bank officer... As you said, their words are not trustworthy.. You may want to clarify with your banker as well? btw, I signed the offer from Ambank; any update will publish here.

So the new government rule really a critical concern to all of us who sign the LO one year ago. The worst will be we have to pay for the 10% downpayment? OMG!

Leasehold, still have 30% available, but you better have a read all in this forum to gather enough information before making your purchase decision.

Just to share

My friend just called the show room, and pretend a new customer that interested to buy a unit.

When he ask approximately when can sigh S&P if I buy? The sales rep told him around about 2-3 months if NOTHING HAPPEN

Judge yourself
