I agreed with YPP. TK news has made me went to see my SA. These 3 letters were what they shown to me as attached. They even asked me to check with the lawyer Surend Zeffree & partners to clary matter.

Frankly, i was worried also because I bought a unit at level 7 at RM394k (due to former owner cannot get loan) and as per my SA , they are now selling at RM470k la... I have earned about RM80k by now ! rclxms.gif rclxms.gif This nes must be spread by someone who jealous we are making $$$$$ la...he..he..he

Seriously , the reason why I bought D'aman is because myself also the buyer of Koi Kinrara phase 1(project undertaken by Masteron as well) and I was making around RM150k when I sold this unit and got my "First barrel of Gold" !!!!! So dun worry la bro...............

I went to the developer  with my Dad last week-end to check the status WHY it is delay in signing of SPA after so long. After the lengthy discussion , the developer explaining  to us the reason behind was they are waiting for the authority to issue the  fresh lease title (with fresh  99 years) which they have promised to all the D'aman buyers previously.

According to them, existing lease will be ended on August 2096. The fresh/new  lease will be  ended on 2112 ( 2013 +99 years ). There is  an extra 16 years . They are doing this on their own cost  where they have paid the premium of RM1,918,626!!!!!!!

Initially I was not believed, WHY Developer is  so kind to pay RM1.9 m!! After arguing , they shown  to me the evidence  as attached.  I also checked with my[attachmentid=3751151] friend whom are working in the legal firm and CONFIRMED what they said is correct.

I think this is a Good News for the D'aman buyers! This  is worthwhile to wait for a year  to exchange  additional  16 years lease la........ . 

So dun worry, let's start to celebrate our Christams... Ho ho.. ho... biggrin.gif  biggrin.gif

Thank you Coolmall for the good news!!!! I agreed with you that it is worthwhile for me to wait for a year for additional 16 years lease!!!! In other words, D'aman can demand higher price when it is completed la..... ....he he he... .
