SNP signing and SNP stamping is 2 different thing... they may take few months to get it stamped after signing also... same case like other masteron project...

you guys havent sign SNP?when is your booking date until now?

i went sale gallery few times Tony not there also... the other SA all say the same thing that SNP is preparing... we'll see la if able to sign in Sept or Oct or not la as they claim... then wait a few more months for stamping... 2017 only complete la i guess...

if so,project delayed,i thought complete on 2016?

2016 completion was assumed based on SNP is signed off earlier this year...with current delay, i bet most likely 2017 or longer

My fren told me he was at today mid valley property fair. He saw masteron was marketing this project. People asked when it will be launched. The SA said Oct or Nov. F**k them off... Keep telling 'dancing' date. At their back, they not even know exactly when the project will start. Dun mention signing of SNP

You can call back to Banker who proceed the loan application for you last time. It should be not a problem since you signed the LO and you will have one copy also.

Just went to D Aman showroom today. And got really interest for booking already. Supringsly I do some research about this condo, and i found this thread. Snp has been delay for so long. And today I did ask the SA about the launching date, he said should within 2-3months. And while I choosing the unit, they actually left 70% of unit for me to choose. Seem like I better give up on this condo after reading so many negative review here.

Wow 600k is an interesting price. But heard Asean economy is not doing well due to the impact from India. Hopefully the property market is still intact and I able to sell it with a good price. And of course....Masteron...can you please f**king give us the S&P to sign???!!!

Now every time I called TOny..He will ask me to call the office and he just simply said he is responsible for sales only and not sure about the S&P thing. How can this be??? Sound like a con job to me...bugger...
