the last i heard there were 160+ ppl signed the loan offer... i heard the same thing as you too that they're preparing the docs... but can only sign around late Sept or early Oct...

the unit i booked at floor 8 around 460++ (1076sqf)

I just booked a type B unit at 11th Floor yesterday. Apparently got it from another guy who can't secure a bank loan. According to the SA, those ppl who have booked >1yr ago, the price has already gone up by RM50k.

Hi, I also booked 11th floor Type B. The price really had gone up about 50k compared to last year booking. Mine also about 460k++, facing pool.....I do asked my SA last few days. He say the snp can be done in Sep or End Oct, the construction will start in this year end.....since this launching had been delayed about 1 year+, not sure whether will it really proceed this year.....btw I also able get loan offer from Ambank, waiting the signing of LO.... hmm.gif

You should find back the banker....LO signed not means your loan had legalized. During signing of snp, you still have to sign your loan agreement together....erm....maybe they will call you when signing of snp?

As I know from my last conversation with SA, the unit at floor 7, 9, 10, 11, 12 should be almost fully booked, about 28 unit per floor, so if 5 x 28 = 115 unit....yeap, should be around 100+ unit sold. tongue.gif

ya i did asked SA regarding this... they say they will "deal" with the bank as normally Loan Offer doesnt last for so long one... they'll call once signing of SNP... i was told Loan Agreement can be signed only after the SNP...

Before rebate 10%, if you able get approve loan 90%, means you only pay 3k for deposit and about 10k for loan agreement fee. i dont think so la... i went last weekend with a friend to enquire... not many units left except those that havent open for sales... those will open when launch and also increase price la... the floor he enquire was 12 floor and after discount also 411k...

heard from SA and he claimed SNP docs already preparing... if that is true then AP should have d la... i ask why so slow he also give same old excuse...
