unit number 1820 is a corner lot

As far as I know lot 20 is da biggest unit in each floor and currently it is only open till 10th floor..how do u hv access ton the sales of the unit?

Since pre-booking havent sign S&P, I though buyer can direct cancel the booking with developer?

it's PNC i can't share..... btw im not the agent for this project.
For those who are bought this project they will never regret at the end of the day.
im selling it coz im giving up of my citizenship.

I like this condo, but the problem is the delay of the S&P signing, it makes the buyer keep losing their hope on this.

Start looking for alternatives. May cancel the booking anytime. Waited a year plus. No feeling d...

Not much alternative left....all around Puchong quite expensive....more than RM400 per sf, some even RM500 above....omg!!!!

u can still find decent sub sales around Puchong... think even Koi Kinrara bank valuation was around 330psf only reading from the Koi Kinrara thread...

if u can and willing to wait then no harm la...

If sub sales sure will have a lot choices around Puchong.....but the problem is I don't have a lot of money ready for downpayment....

Yeap....should have, you can call them directly or visit their office...... last week I went the office, and I saw few potential buyer also in the office checking this project details.....

This project launching had been delayed more than 1 year due to government haven't give the approval for AP to Masteron for this phase 3 D Aman, a lot negative comments had posted on this project but it seems still a lot people come to check for the details and intend to book also, and the price is keep going up now.

negative comments are mostly the SNP delay only... did you clarify with them when to sign SNP? you've signed Loan Offer d? still many units left?

My fren who book Paragon Puchong also having problem of delaying snp even the project had got their AP, not sure whats problem going on. Currently D aman still havent got their AP....zzzz

called the SA today and he said they are preparing the documents for snp signing. should be ready for signing and official launch within these two months. According to our conversation just now, i think 100++ units sold. Maybe you guys can call and clarify,
