As far as I know lot 20 is da biggest unit in each floor and currently it is only open till 10th floor..how do u hv access ton the sales of the unit?

Since pre-booking havent sign S&P, I though buyer can direct cancel the booking with developer?

it's PNC i can't share..... btw im not the agent for this project.
For those who are bought this project they will never regret at the end of the day.
im selling it coz im giving up of my citizenship.

I like this condo, but the problem is the delay of the S&P signing, it makes the buyer keep losing their hope on this. doh.gif

Not much alternative left....all around Puchong quite expensive....more than RM400 per sf, some even RM500 above....omg!!!! shocking.gif shocking.gif shocking.gif

u can still find decent sub sales around Puchong... think even Koi Kinrara bank valuation was around 330psf only reading from the Koi Kinrara thread...

if u can and willing to wait then no harm la...

If sub sales sure will have a lot choices around Puchong.....but the problem is I don't have a lot of money ready for downpayment.... rclxub.gif

negative comments are mostly the SNP delay only... did you clarify with them when to sign SNP? you've signed Loan Offer d? still many units left?

My fren who book Paragon Puchong also having problem of delaying snp even the project had got their AP, not sure whats problem going on. Currently D aman still havent got their AP....zzzz
