I though the MAX BLR- only 2.4? How come it can be come 2.6? What is your loan %? lesser than 90?

My SA sms me last few days. He say the 20th Sep is the Ground Breaking Event and some light refreshment. The construction is going to start soon, but when I ask about the AP, snp and launching date, he say dint get any confirm from above, possible in October like what he had told me last time....

Even though they start building, doesn't mean it will be completed earlier.

I believe this is one of the main reasons they delay in SNP signing as well as stamping.

As I know, their 1st phase-Calisa M (fully constructed) only use 2 and half year finished. Phase 2 Calisa N also in good progress, quite fast also. Not sure this is good or bad sign? For me, if the construction year set at 3 years from snp signing, then hope fully use 3 year to construct it, too fast I m worry about the quality of the work. sweat.gif

their 1st phase is N actually... even if finish constructing VP d, still need to wait for CF one... Also, 3 years from SNP stamping not signing... after sign might take few more months to stamp one... so dont get your hopes too high...

Calisa N only comprises less than 150 units. They also took quite some time.

Pls be ready that they could use more than 3 yrs to hand over key.

Now, i guess they start piling works first is due to they wanna claim progressive payment fast.

Delaying the snp signing and stamping is to delay the completion date.

I believe they hv gotten the necessary approval. If not, how can they start the construction... whistling.gif

Erm....I means the Calisa M and N......not O (D aman)
Calisa M and N I heard it should had sold off all long time ago, now even got some owner want to sell their unit when they get the key from developer soon. Rumours the price of Calisa M had reached 300K+~~~ hmm.gif

ya from iproperty... but last year they were already selling the 1055sf units more than 300k d...

One thing i noticed... the tile looks so different from the one in the show unit... show unit one glossy and so much nicer... sad.gif

Wow~ I think the tile size also different~ They promise us D'Aman tile size follow exactly the same as show unit. Hope this is true!

Erm....are you sure you looking at same Type? Because Calisa itself had few different type unit with different square feet. I think they wont cheat us on the size.

Regarding the tile, have to refer back what type they offer during sales. Show Unit for sure will be put all nice materials to attract buyer, but in fact, just small part of it will given to the buyer. Buyer had to check carefully on the snp.

Balai Polis, Klinik consider one kind of important amenities. If in plan these gonna constructs up in future, it will help to bring up the value for D Aman Condo. If there is new bank open branch in Taman Mas or nearby shop lot in future, same things it will help to increase the condo value in future also. So, who don't want convenient amenities locate nearby their property? rclxms.gif

Sorry i was referring to Calisa M... i was supposed to get a unit there but i waited for D'Aman instead... i think SNP only will state what tile size and material, correct me if im wrong... so we wouldnt really know the quality of it until its built...

Bank is understandable... but i highly doubt so in Taman Mas...

I think it really depends... some prefer D'Aman cause lower density... so lets say they reserve one shop units for JPN... you see damn many people coming in and out registering IC and passport... so it becomes much more dense and feel less secure...

but i dont mind balai polis though... imagine police station just down your condo... ppl would think 10x more before committing crime there rclxms.gif
