I called the sales ofc last week, pretend a new customer and ask for a launching date, they answer me it will probably launch within 3-4 months.

it's the AP not signed and the person dunwan to sign coz undertable ahem ahem u know wat is it la..

i also verbally confirmed the lawyers ald communicated to bank so that no penalty on whoever signed LO for more than 90 days...

Ya, maybe we should put a little more patience... We have no choice... We've been wait for one year (for who signed LO earlier), we are now no longer able to get a condo like this with less than 400k.
If this project failed or still postpone infinitely after Q3 of 2013, I will definitely go fxxk the office off! Cos they delay our golden time to purchase property, especially 1st property buyer, there's a lot difference in one year time! We are not orang kaya which are not care about this unit, anytime can cancel and buy others.
I hope Masteron can give a proper explain to us over this, if any failure or postpone happened again!!!
What we can do now is really patience, and keeps pressure them! Let us do it together.

Agree..many things changed and price of property fluctuate I jz few months time..if we plain early maybe we still can get property wif da same PSF..but looking at the situation it seems like we r being stranded by masteron

to be honest this is because the one who is signing the AP is greedy.. need more 'convincing' from developer..

i've been hearing that since 3 months ago d... i thought after PR become state gov should be less corrupt? cannot just report it?

But last week when I visit them they told me AP has been attained n that's y they r preparing the SNP n said SNP will be signed before launching but no confirm date on da signing date..

how do u fight on that?? just pray hard the state government is happy with the package and move on..
