Hey guys ,

Just to check with you . We are needed to pay for the legal fees between bank and us only or also between developer and us also? Cause if not mistaken when booked they said only between bank only . And any of you guys know roughly how much would it be?

and yes Ambank banker is lenglui , very helpful smile.gif)

Ya, last i heard also SNP only... Loan agreement legal fees and stamp duty need to self pay... same case for Koi Prima i think...

I went to the sales office again yesterday..was told that they are preparing the SNP for da buyers to sign..shud be ready by end of da month..they said will sign SNP first then only launch..guess I will need ton call da main office n clarify wif da project teamagain..really ddon't hope to delay again..

think its better not to have high expectation... just set expectation like SNP sign on Nov then if they do it earlier then happier... sigh...

they delayed so many times what makes you think they wont delay again?

I jz called to da office n spoken to da same lady whom I spoken last month..really pissed off as they delay it all over again..giving excuses that da percentage of lo signing doesn't meet da quota yet..said SNP signing in august..thou they say confirmed but I don't hv high hope on it..

Guys, all of u, try to call their office n complain to them..Their number is 0380686599, speak to salawati..really sick of their delay

Mango, gotta agree with you on this! They had already delay it so many times using different excuses!

Is this the right way they should treat their genuine buyers here? or they are just playing a fool on us?

with these kind of service they will just spoil their own reputation only... how would they expect in future their project take up rate will be high with this kind of reputation of false promises... from the start should just be honest about LO quota rather then giving random dates... no wonder so many ppl still go for reputable developers rather than these small medium developer...

Also, why they worry so much about the loan quota? too many launches at a time tight on cash flow? hmm.gif

Exactly, that's why I posted the management contact number here and wish that everyone can give her a call. It might not change anything but at least I hope it can give them some pressure. Honestly, I strongly believe the sooner they launch, the more the people will sign up the LO.

If they can really deliver their promise by signing the SNP next month then I'm glad, else I really wish to withdraw from it.

Just my personal point of view since I have consider both of them. Things that I didn't like about them

Aurora - very near to HTC
- it's not a solid land, it's a reclaim land
- too high density
- security vise not as good as D'Aman, they didn't provide intercom and private level lift access (correct me if I'm wrong)

Koi Prima - Masteron is not the main con as they sub con it out to other developer
- didn't really like the floor layout of it
- was told by the SA it is not as premium as D'Aman

Strongly agreed to you, keep delay will just spoil their reputation! Masteron should consider this deeply! Plz~~~ Frustrated on the delay!!!

its mostly on personal preferences... but mostly due to its density...

Aurora
- too dense, security wise might not be good
- too close to LRT, security wise might not be good
- price psf
- close to HTC

Koi Prima
- too dense, security wise might not be good... 1k+ units compared to 400 units...
- directly beside future factory/industrial area

btw, how sure is D'Aman have private lift access?

The D`aman SA team is outsource not, direct employ by Masteron. There were incidents on Koi Kinrara project, the SA team told there were ferry to cross to the opposite river. Hence the private lift and other compliments does it written in black and white?

By the way, D`aman surrounding is low cost apartment if i`m not mistaken. A lot foreigners stay at there.

CCTV View at our own TV? Never knew about this , was just told that there will be CCTV fixed and security will obverse from their end . Just like normal security . Anyway from May to June to July and now August? doh.gif . I guess this will not be completed by early 2016 . Late 2016 or early 2017 then .
