Someone told me that they saw a banner of a Surau development just opposite D'Aman, is that true? Anyone know pls share some info, thanks!

I saw that banner before last month back in mar o April..hanging on da field where the building shud b constructed..but it stated in da banner is fund raising to build a surau..didn't mention where..but certainly its jz a fund raising banner...not sure if anything has changed..damn..when r we going to sign da snp

hi all, I am buyer from Koi Prima, another Masteron project.

Just want share with you that i book this project at end Jan 2012 and only sign SnP at Aug 2012 and get copy of SnP dated Dec 2012. So just keep in mind that this developer may have bad history on deliver/process SnP.

If calc like that, my hse may take 4 yrs to complete if include the booking date lol

But for good thing is i got 2 fren who buy masteron project (Koi Kinrara and Koi Tropika respectively) although they got delay on deliver proj but overall the quality of completed condo is good and not much defect need to repair

I think slow with quality is better than quick without quality, good to heard that their project quality is good.

Agree..plus d'aman is the direct con..not like koi tropika being sub con to other developers..hopefully this time can really sign SNP not later than July

I heard from the banker it almost certain will be a Mosque right in front of D'Aman

In that case the price wont even raise after completed, it will even drop 50% to be frank

What I know that piece of land belongs to Plenitude. It will be cater for future Phase 7 development.

Much appreaciated if you can ask your banker to confirm with Plenitude thru black and white whether a portion of the land will be used to build mosque.

I want to buy some property there what are the procedure for buying that and do i need to call my own state solicitor or find any solicitor in that state for getting the help in buying the property in that project?

As I mentioned..da banner abt da mosque is jz a fund raising campaign..furthermore those land near d aman all had been bought by other developers..we won't know wat will b built on top of that unless da developer announce it..

I jz went to then sales office today n was been told that SNP signing will b mid o end of next month..my SA said will get the main office contact for me next week so that i can call up n ask..hopefully no more delay..for old wing they said left wif 20 n 21 floor..where da new wing all intermediate unit hv been taken..left da largest unit..hopefully da SNP won't b delayed

hey to all, im new here n i also bought a unit since last year September. BTW anyone know when is the launching date ? Actually im from Johor state as a permanent residence working in Singapore. I don't stay for that unit can anyone tell me how much roughly i can rent out? sorry if im asking this question too early coz i don't stay in Malaysia. my unit type is A2 1098 Sq ft 18FL. Thanks

Some updates. I went called up the Masteron office (not the sales office) and check about the SNP signing and launching of D'Aman. According to the PIC I spoken to, she mentioned they are trying to push the launching to end of this month, but most likely it won't make it. She said it will be on July and after a few round of confronting her on the delay, she checked with someone and replied me that "I have asked someone senior here and the launching will be very likely in July after the VP of Calisa N which will take place in 2 weeks time"

I questioned her again whether is it confirmed and won't be delaying or postponed again and she said yes. If after the 3rd week of July and the launching still have not take place, I can call her back.

Honestly speaking, I'm a bit impatience regarding the launching and SNP signing. Hopefully what this staff said is true as it is frustrated after a postpone upon another postpone
