Any1 has similiar problem like mine when fill petrol using auto fill always missing 1bar?

Me guessing the float in the fuel tank determining level is stuck. This could be true if the second bar lasts for a very long distance, like more than 100 km.

The funniest thing is.sometime,once I drive out the petrol station.the petrol level from 5bar jump to 6bar.

Does it stay at 6 bar until 30-50km??

Just happen just now. .I dont think it will last so long.Will try look & see.

There you go, the float is stuck. You start driving, the petrol starts sloshing and the float becomes unstuck

Sometimes I drive drive drive, then fuel gauge go down one bar, so I sadding

Then I go uphill, fuel gauge go back up one bar, so I happy back.

Then go back downhill and level road, go down one bar again, so sadding again.

Why no cables from neg of batt3 to car body/any of those points?
Usually prob is mainly due2 the old ori cable fr batt3 to body not providing good contact/flow in older cars.

To get full tank, start filling slowly with pump nozzle not pushed all the way in...
Then gradually increase vol & insert all the way in.

Long story if wanna explain...

if pump manually no problem.If auto fill,the jumper always jump aroun RM 50~RM55 for full tank in the case 5 bar

Start like manually as in my earlier post b4 continue as full auto...
Can also b due2 sensitivity of pump nozzle auto sensor that ctrl shut off valve.

Pls Google 2understand how pump nozzle works to auto-fill.

I always refill with auto at SLOWEST RATE, after it stop, i manually pump in, normally can pump in around 1 ~ 2 little until can see the fuel flow out and can't go in anymore.

Why slowest rate?

Because 'i believe'.

To discharge air trapped in the tank, and to allow the fuel to flow properly into the tank without building up. If not the nozzle will trip prematurely. I hate pumps which shoot at 1 L / second on the slowest setting

itu belum buat coz i dun have long spanar to loosen the bolt at the alternator there.

wrong. i repairing the 3rd brake lamp of my iswara. banyak led terbakar liaw..then the bracket macam melting due to the faulty led's heat. so i modify whole thing, replace with aftermarket led plates which i bought from accessories kedai. use silicon and playar cutter modify whole thing inside la. teruk lor coz im doing this below my flat, not my own house..but my gf thumbs up say nice.

grounding kabel i think i bring to my mech there ask him pasang, i lazy.

also foglamp issue, i give up jor.
