Like the one I got is the Gen2 antenna for around RM40 only. You can even put VIva antenna, then it will look like cockroach. XD |

QUOTE(zeone @ May 18 2012, 11:43 AM) ps: A damaged antenna doesn't benefit the thief either Try superglue a bottlecap on its bottle. Can you take out the bottlecap without "harming" the bottlecap exterior and also the "screw" part? This post has been edited by V12Kompressor: May 18 2012, 06:07 PM |

QUOTE(dares @ May 18 2012, 06:21 PM) While that's true, the thief doesn't know you superglued your antenna. common sense, if cant be twisted using normal force, means it has been glued -.-What might happen is that he'll apply kuasa lembu and try to twist your antenna out. In the end it is not the thief that ends up with a damage antenna, is that THE VICTIM end up with a damaged antenna. You thought they first time curi antenna? |

QUOTE(dares @ May 19 2012, 07:54 PM) Someone once explained to me for the following desirable for brake pads: lol strong bite.... Minimal brake dust Strong bite Quiet You only get to pick 2 for your brake pads. Dunno how true is that. Added on May 19, 2012, 7:55 pm Look for mahihi aka wuakaka The correct term is maximum operating temperature. BTW, there are a few types of brake sets which fits the criteria above: one of them being carbon composite brakes or carbon ceramic composite brakes. |

QUOTE(mr_boonez @ May 21 2012, 09:32 AM) hi guys, any suggestion for good SC around Kota Kemuning/Shah Alam area? Is there any other good SC around besides COE? Intan Matang at Sri Muda my FLX already 1100km. need to go for 1st service..hehe cheap and friendly. Added on May 21, 2012, 11:18 am QUOTE(zeone @ May 21 2012, 10:13 AM) Added on May 21, 2012, 10:21 amps. Me sympathise with all Bros hving drum brake probs. Drum brakes are "ancient" tech. Frankly there shld b NO probs watsoever being very ole tested tech. So only obvious reason is low quality item supplied by vendor!! For FLXs! Cos no such probs faced by BLMs/FLs.... QUOTE(zamanjaafar @ May 21 2012, 01:22 PM) well, almost 3 weeks using my 1.3 flx and so far so good. but.... samalah, one FL also have this issue, I also had this issue sometimes. Only thing is cant claim from SC coz it only happens once in a blue moon.just one thing : sometimes when from P to R the gear stalk snaps in place proper, but the Reverse gear is not engaged. When i release the brake and press the accelerator it goes forward, likely in neutral or forward, but not R. After reset to P and then R for either once or twice, only then it reverse as usual |

QUOTE(lhwj @ May 21 2012, 01:35 PM) Tak bahaya. Coz it will be either stuck at P or N, both which will not send power to the front wheels. So what you will feel is the engine revving but your car doesn't move. Unless your passenger act hero gatal tangan go shift to R properly then you will reverse to Holland if you happen to be pressing the throttle at that time. QUOTE(zamanjaafar @ May 21 2012, 01:38 PM) Well, it wont happen. Reason as above. Been there, done that. QUOTE(mr_boonez @ May 21 2012, 04:58 PM) you dont ask. When you are there, just tell them straight what you want. Ie: engine oil, oil filter, gasket plug. Thats it. Like this, they will know "oh, ini orang tau pasal kereta punya, tak boleh kapak. Nanti saya kena pancung balik". |

QUOTE(dares @ May 21 2012, 06:14 PM) Like a Saga Whats wrong with Saga? Unless you drive Porsche, like the fella I told you at HLA, sengaja ajak client go down car park to sign document so he can show off If you pull up in front of client's place in a Saga, the client will think that you're someone with good financial planning. Coz Saga is value for money in its segment. High chances he will sign for you so that you can manage his plan wisely and know which plan to choose and which not to on behalf of him. Thats why usually under the HLA basement, all you can see almost all cars are sedan, ranging from a puny Saga, to Vios, to Sentra, Civic, Accord, Camry, 3 series, 5 series and Merc S-class. Because sedan can give a better impression and better image to client compared to MPVs or SUVs and hatchbacks. |
