quite near to solaris mk . heard this selling around RM700 psqft .
need suggestion for this property .

consider expensive since it's not really located at mont kiara...better buy subsale untis at jalan dutamas raya with only 300-400 psf.....

if really gt budget can up to 700psf..better go mont kiara buy the real mont kiara property..

why do you wan to stay Mont Kiara if you are locals? when you arrive Mont Kiara. you feel like you are not in Malaysia anymore. There are too many high rise buildings around. Feels like Sg, or Hk.
Malaysia have so much land and so many other nice township. Even you stay condo, should get somewhere that provide more accessibility, more values and better air space. Oversupplied in that area also killed the values and qualities that the condos provide. IMHO, stay out of this area. The value is not going to go up anytime soon over there. No rush to buy.

are u sure the price at MK is not going up?...the new one like seni all still selling at premium price..

MK actuallu situated at very centerliazed location...go to klcc, mutiara damansara, PWTC, all just need to drive at 15-20 minutes (non peak hour) can reach oledy...

MK is very nice township, it's densed but all the highrsie look beautiful n sexy... drool.gif

so..if not MK, which township do u recommend????

desa park city???....too jam and too far to access to kl city center...
damansara perdana??....too far from kl
cheras???...too old and too messy...

I always get the feeling it can be quite jammed in MK, due to the high density of so many apartments in a small area. Is this not the case? Also, seems like you'll be looking into other people's apartments of neighbouring blocks, and they'll be loooking into yours.

I diagree. I think MK is better now for own stay. at least good mix of people and generally well maintained condos.

HK people would prefer landed as they can't get landed at home, no?

Well for HK ppl, they prefer high rise, landed make no sense for them as majority of them don't even think of doing gardening...
What they like bout Malaysia is mostly local food.. local variety..

I agreed with torkl. Those who do not have any condo in mont kiara will never understand how good to stay at mont kiara or own an unit at mont kiara.

The rental in. Mont kiara is min 2k, sap sap water to rent out. Why should the owner rent 1800. Those who have no budget or lesser budget can go and rent at other place. 1800 is the price of ss2 or pj area but not mont kiara.

Yes, fully agreed....wasting time for low rental
