MK seems much more attainable since the price has boom so much in other part of KV..
agree segambut dalam entrance not attractive as many heavy vehicle moving in and out, road condition not as good as jalan kiara..
i was looking at laman suria due to attractive price, but now rather looking at bayu, pelangi and pines..

3 of my clients plan to purchase MK 10, Vivaldi and Seni

I think hartamas regency is good choice, eventhough is not mot kiara adrress, but located just middle in mont kiara, sri hartamas and dutamas, walking distance to solaris mk and dutamas, so near to future matrade development, hv unblock view of klcc view, and most important, not need jam in the jln kiara at peak hour when wan go to kl....

Not realtly ugly, quite unique since the theme is balinese style, looks like those resort in bali island, maybe not the modern look building, but with this price around 450psf, at stratergic location, i think is good buy...

asia quest more on resort style's design, also nice landscaping, good for own stay bcos low maintainance charges, average 23cents only and very seldom increase.

Which is the ppty at mk by Asia quest? An hr ago, there is one 1280sqf unit at mk release for 600k and still able to go as low as 550k....
