spirit aside, easier to stutter step/kite (deadly reach anyways lol) with higher ASPD.

remember pre IAS nerf? where every class benefits from ASPD increase?

i prefer using 2H weapons (especially polearm due to their consistent damage) then 7SS ftw!!!

I got 2 legendary item and 1 set item natalya shadow in 2 day. Still stuck at act 2 now.

sell ur natalya and you should be able to fund gear to complete act 2 =)

wanna buy shield for monk, aside from resist stat, will dex or vital stats be more important??

now still farming at act1 ... haiz ... when I can geared enough to go into act2??? =_=

In Hell mode, you all prefer how many dps , hp and resist??

you may not like to see this:

if ur resist low, resist more important
if you dex low, dex more important
...

sometimes, armor is important too. this is pretty important for monk since we can stock up high resist with OWE. best to maintain 1:10 ration for resist:armor.

block % and amount blocked is bonus...

After reading this thread, I cannot brain what's the hype surrounding the 10:1 ratio.

find the picture chart. it yields the best gain.

simply put, if your resist = 800, armor = 8000. that is optimal.

if your resist = 800, and armor is just 6000. getting 10 more armor is better than 1 resist. so, you should pump more armor.

on the other hand, if armor = 8000, resist = 600. getting 1 points resist > 10 points armor.

Never bothered much about armor and resistance. My resist is around 700 and armor around 6k+ with 40k+ HP. Rather spend what I have to increase my DPS instead of thinking about defensive stats now that they make it so freaking easy to farm act3 and 4 after 1.03.

True, except +cri dmg, %, IAS stuff is freaking expensive... i m trying hard to increase my damn 23k DPS...

Should be much easier now after Ghom. Myself I prefer to farm starting at Machines of War and kill everything up to Azmodan.

i bought a ring with (+crit chance, +crit dmg, IAS) just before server down awhile ago... will try again later...
