should I use aura of healing during solo and aura of conviction during team play, or just stick to conviction when solo and teamplay ?

I solo Inferno act 1 with Mantra of Evasion + armor
I solo Act 3 NM with Mantra of Conviction + overawe
I coop inferno act 1 with Mantra of Healing + resist
I kena-tapao Inferno Act 2 using whenever Mantra

Swapped my Mantra of Conviction to Mantra or Evasion (Blacklash). Clearing mobs much faster than Submission together with Sweeping Wind (Cyclone). Currently 42k dps unbuffed. 74k with Breath and Binding Flash.

Managed to progress until killing siegebreaker assault beast with some state-of-the-art kiting with
56k HP, 23k dps (unbuffed), 664 resists, 4.8k armor, 980 LoH, 19% crit chance, 214% crit dmg.
Can the above stats bring me thru heart of sin? I haven't try that place yet.

Yeah I agree with MoE (Backlash). So uber especially if u have high dodge. My dodge around 48% bomb those suckers to smitherins! Of course that is if you can afford to sacrifice 20% armor given by Hard Armor.

BTW which sweeping wind rune does the most dmg? I kinda like the fire one which also increases radius.

same with me. Act 1 & 2 can la, Act 3 die and cry at repair cost. I swap with reduce 10% damage.

My dodge isn't really that high. Just 47.3% now.

My crit chance is 39.50% and crit damage is +266% so when backlash procs and crits it deals around 30-40k damage to all around me. Paired with sweeping wind, it should be the fastest way to clear mobs as a monk. Totally ridiculous damage as I can lure few groups at Rakkis Crossing and clear them in few seconds.

Oh wait!! my bad... i remembered 78% but its actually my dmg reduction My dodge is around 48%

hey yaaa another monk here just started this game on 14/15th of june my monk just done with inferno act 1 nw having issue with darn TIMOK, THE DISPATCHER OF FAITH IN ACT 2 TT i solo all the way even done with killing maghda but heck the darn timok owned me so many times in the end i gave up that x.x moved on to royal audience ( havent started tho..) ahhhhh and im poor as hell nw TT

You dps is pumped by the overall critical chance & critical damage? or pure high DPS? i'm assuming u are 1H weap with shield?

Used to have around 2500 Dex and 50k hp before 1.03 patch. Was focusing on LOH instead last time. Slowly moving into the IAS/CR/CD build now. Got 1801 Dex 1067 Vit now. You can add me and view the gears and my base stats if you want. Lazy to screenshot my gears again.

Almost gave up since i had not yet had a legend drop since the game was released day 1 :S
got 2 set drop so far after played 2 month.

well if i dont require a shield, i'd personally prefer both weapons for the much faster swings so i can mantra activate more haha 3 sec(with latency compensation about 2 ish sec only utilization )

wait... you want to give up because you didn't find legendaries?

i would give up if i see another legendary weapon

legendary are crap. only like 5% of all legendary are good.

Dual wield should be better if you plan to farm act1 since you won't be taking much damage. Unlimited spirit for mantra spamming!
