I saw one advertisement studio letting go at 410k, but i think still not a good investment lah. Rental the last i heard even furnished for studio is merely rm900~1000, somemore not easy to find tenants because too many vacant units available. So surprised Skypod now become Skypiak, maybe the fengshui no good as said by many people, surrounded by negro college and small factories. Also the exterior look like medium cost apartments, i heard the interior also lousy. The kitchen basin is cheap Aluminium basin. I read also about the corridors flooding when it rains heavily.

It seems to me that many Skypod investors have no holding power and therefore rent out at cheap rates due to desperation.

I just saw another advertisement Skypod studio letting go at 400k (i think still can nego). Yeah, many investors are having a tough time now esp when the market is so cold. I think it's the supply vs demand thinge lah, now whenever i see people selling condos esp outside supermarkets, with the little condo building models on the table lah,handing out brochures lah, i will just "siam"...very damn jelak already. Last time every tom dick & harry also grab one just to show they can be condo owners, now jiatlat already! Easy to buy, hard to maintain the loan and the monthly maintenance fees etc etc

Do you think Malaysian today got higher expenses power to rent a condo at high price? With the economy uncertain and a lot of layoff here and there, I think Malaysian is looking to cut expenses rather than pay higher rental... Look for PH la if wanna get higher rental, locals a bit difficult.

A big blow to the investors especially those who bought several units. Too rich....

Yes2 now I also quite jialat, donno to sell & make handsome profit or to rent out earn lucrative rental..

I think you should neither sell nor rent out, just keep holding to reduce supply in market, so that others can make some profit

I went in and saw the bathroom tiles not even one. 700k unit some more... tension...

The quality is really nothing to say. 1000 sqf is now subsales above 680k to 720k, which' water fish' will buy ? It is so so lucky if you able to rent out cheap price 1k to 1.2k in puchong.

My colleague will start renting at RM1350 from April onwards for 600++ sq ft. Fully Furnished.

700k for 1K sq? Damn expensive... not worth for investment unless you die die want to stay there..

No lah, where got so expensive! One lady agent called me last week to ask of i am still keen, she has several units. One of the units 1033sq going for 600k neg (dunno 9th or 10th floor). Some owners just simply shout high2 price to make their property seem valuable. What's the use if no actual transactions?

and the building and facade looks so sibeh jialat. very skypiak.
700k manyak better choice n better location.
