I just saw another advertisement Skypod studio letting go at 400k (i think still can nego). Yeah, many investors are having a tough time now esp when the market is so cold. I think it's the supply vs demand thinge lah, now whenever i see people selling condos esp outside supermarkets, with the little condo building models on the table lah,handing out brochures lah, i will just "siam"...very damn jelak already. Last time every tom dick & harry also grab one just to show they can be condo owners, now jiatlat already! Easy to buy, hard to maintain the loan and the monthly maintenance fees etc etc

With the economy uncertain and a lot of layoff here and there, I think Malaysian is looking to cut expenses rather than pay higher rental... Look for PH la if wanna get higher rental, locals a bit difficult.

The quality is really nothing to say. 1000 sqf is now subsales above 680k to 720k, which' water fish' will buy ? It is so so lucky if you able to rent out cheap price 1k to 1.2k in puchong.

One lady agent called me last week to ask of i am still keen, she has several units. One of the units 1033sq going for 600k neg (dunno 9th or 10th floor). Some owners just simply shout high2 price to make their property seem valuable. What's the use if no actual transactions?
