Wah... 'hao sui' war begins? I think no point arguing something not built yet... For this kind of property, better concern about the developer give us a quality product rather then fighting each other now...
Guys, save your 'hao sui', save it to talk to developer.. I think when SW get the VP, you will lossing more 'hao sui' during the inspections. IOI product also sama sama...
My 2C...

QUOTE(puchongite @ May 18 2012, 11:12 AM) When did you get the news lar ? Is it a new news or an old news ? The last I heard, which was yesterday, they canceled all those internal and privilege bookings, ie they have to call the buyers up one by one to inform them that Tower 1 is delayed. Even the internal staff bookings are canceled. The thing is how sure you are they cancel it? The last I know is they told the one booked that the price is subject to change and still left their name on it... Hehe...

QUOTE(ah_chung @ May 18 2012, 11:24 AM) i wonder who will buy the type D (634sf) as if u top up another 60k-70k u would get the type C (881sf) and type C, disregard the size difference, is considered double of type D (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car parks)... for investment/own stay (small family), i would say type C is the most ideal type... The price quoted really crazy... I wonder who is the person who set such price.... it's like their unit types are fighting each other to get customer....

QUOTE(ronn77 @ Jun 2 2012, 05:50 PM) In the map, they can even show KLCC is just right at your next door. For Skypod, will depend on LRT extension at IOI mall or Tesco which IOI station is around 5-10 mins walk. Nearest lrt station will be the one next to ioi mall, it will be at least 10 minutes walk. Tesco lrt not for skypod, too far.

QUOTE(dino10chels @ Jun 4 2012, 09:55 AM) You can go drive into the main road, you will see beside IOI and Tesco, it is covered up by the blue iron plate. That will be the future LRT.. The best and easier place is still SW.. You do not need to walk up and down. The bridge is just meters away..

Actually expected IOI to revised their price on the 1248sf.
It is not reasonable to sell at 430 psf and give 3 car parks.. How they going to sell their smaller units and calm those who bought the Tower 2 with avg 550 psf?
Just my 2C from business point of view, don't shoot me.. Hehe...

RM800k buying a 3 rooms condo in puchong.... haha....i don't think the property market still able to go up more... it is at the peak .... It depends, if the landed continue to go up, all the property may follow... Whoever own a property will not sell it cheap unless get into financial problem. Heard many of my friends staying landed in Puchong puteri are targeting their landed to become 1.2 mil in coming years.. I dunno this can be reality or not... Well.. time will tell... QUOTE(Hunakadoo @ Jun 13 2012, 10:55 AM) Skypod new price: RM733,800(RM588psf) to RM799,800(RM640psf) Trigon it's around RM620 psft after discount for smaller unit , RM600 psft for larger unit Seems like home purchasers are starting accepting the new market price for condo above 500 psf. You one @ USJ - 650 psf +/-

QUOTE(jason39 @ Aug 16 2012, 06:52 AM) Common la. So the landlord of skypod must cooperate n ensure that not to rent to those Africans. This is very difficult... A lot of people will rent to them due to higher rental they can get.
