Wah... 'hao sui' war begins? I think no point arguing something not built yet... For this kind of property, better concern about the developer give us a quality product rather then fighting each other now...

Guys, save your 'hao sui', save it to talk to developer.. I think when SW get the VP, you will lossing more 'hao sui' during the inspections. IOI product also sama sama...

I heard IOI give their sales friends and family privilege booking.. Guess 1200++ sq feet is almost gone, good luck..

I believe IOI will revise Tower 1 price... up another 5% to 10% of price... Will see...

You can go drive into the main road, you will see beside IOI and Tesco, it is covered up by the blue iron plate. That will be the future LRT..
The best and easier place is still SW.. You do not need to walk up and down. The bridge is just meters away..

Actually expected IOI to revised their price on the 1248sf.

It is not reasonable to sell at 430 psf and give 3 car parks.. How they going to sell their smaller units and calm those who bought the Tower 2 with avg 550 psf?

Just my 2C from business point of view, don't shoot me.. Hehe...

It depends, if the landed continue to go up, all the property may follow... Whoever own a property will not sell it cheap unless get into financial problem. Heard many of my friends staying landed in Puchong puteri are targeting their landed to become 1.2 mil in coming years.. I dunno this can be reality or not... Well.. time will tell... Anything can happen.. hopefully Malaysia and world economy still can tahan lar.. sweat.gif

It is very bad... Look at the people spend on CNY, you will notice... My friend teaching piano got few cancellation, according to her, a lot of parent cutting cost and have to sacrifice extra hobby thing... The market is not looking good ahead, have to find ways to cut expenses... sad.gif
