Looking at IOI's new project Conezion launched recently. Based on the finishing at Skypod, would any of you consider IOI a reliable developer in terms of delivering units + facilities as promised?

a friend of mine is actually looking for highrise circa sunway/subang area.
targeting big built up (min 1.5k and above) and budget circa 1mil.

My friend letting go of her unit at 680k (neg) in The Elements Ampang, superb location (minutes fr KLCC). She bought at 900k plus, got keys in 2014. She is willing to make a huge loss as she has been trying to sell for a year but no buyer. Her unit is on high floor.

What an irony. People are shouting it's so easy to find a better deal. After so many days of kochin boss calling for getting a better deal at 700k, there is not a single relevant reply.

The above reply isn't exactly matching what kochin boss is asking.

But it is a fact lah buddy. This condo booming thinge has caused many people to become slaves for the banks, wanna sell cannot sell, rent out unit, rental doesnt help much. I was whatapping my friend just now abt the unit at the Elements Ampang..asking if really letting go at 750k but to my surprise she said it's impossible liao becos many other units letting go at much lower than that. So now her revised price is 680k.

Someone said it's not worth paying 700k for a skypod unit.

Accord to him plenty of better deal.

Then kochin asked for recommendation for subang ( near skypod ) for 1.5k built up min and good deal.

And then everybody disappeared.

And then a white knight come back with ampang, 850 sf. 50 km from skypod ? Auction some more.

Don't you think it's sin ka lan ?

Maybe you're the one sleeping. Some asking for recommendations and he said his friend giving up his unit bought at rm900k launch price for rm650k. And you said he BS. So I ask which part is BS?
